"I had my car, house and umbrella full insurance with this company for many years. My insurance was cancelled on July 5th and I was driving without insurance for twenty days because Consuelo Santiago-Martinez agent and her staff did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know that the car insurance policy had been cancelled. One of the agent claimed that a letter was sent to my address, which I never saw. However, in a case like this, an email and a telephone call should had been more appropriate because now I have to pay penalty to the Department Motor Vehicle and was uninsured for twenty days which could have been catastrophic if I have had an accident. I definitely, do not recommend this agency to any body, specially if you have a busy life. Run as fast as you can from this agency."
